Narrated Zahdam:

From Abu Musa who said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ eating chicken meat."

He said: The Hadith has more statements that this. And this Hadith is Hasan Sahih. Ayyub As-Sakhtiyani also reported this Hadith from Al-Qasim At-Tamimi, and, from Abu Qilabah, from Zahdam Al-Jarmi.

حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ زَهْدَمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَأْكُلُ لَحْمَ دَجَاجٍ . قَالَ وَفِي الْحَدِيثِ كَلاَمٌ أَكْثَرُ مِنْ هَذَا . وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ . وَقَدْ رَوَى أَيُّوبُ السَّخْتِيَانِيُّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ أَيْضًا عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ التَّمِيمِيِّ وَعَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ عَنْ زَهْدَمٍ (الْجَرْمِيِّ) .
