Sunan an-Nasa'i 4622
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Propher said:
"Paying in advance for the offspring of the offspring of a pregnant animal (Habal al-Habalah) is Riba''
أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ " السَّلَفُ فِي حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ رِبًا " .
