Sunan an-Nasa'i 1715

Mansur reported from Al-Hakam, from Miqsam, from Ibn 'Abbas that Umm Salamah said:

"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray witr with seven or five (rak'ahs), not separating between them with the taslim."

أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُوتِرُ بِسَبْعٍ أَوْ بِخَمْسٍ وَلاَ يَفْصِلُ بَيْنَهُنَّ بِتَسْلِيمٍ .
