Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports:
''Messenger of Allah ﷺ accepted and attended invitations where bread made of barley, and stale fat a few days old was served (Without hesitation he accepted these invitations). Messenger of Allah ﷺ had pawned his armour to a Jew. Till the end of his life Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not possess a sufficient amount to release that armour'".
