Sunan Ibn Majah 3248

It was narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said:
“Who eats crows? The Messenger of Allah ﷺ called them vermin, By Allah, they are not from among the good and permissible things.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الأَزْهَرِ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ مَنْ يَأْكُلُ الْغُرَابَ وَقَدْ سَمَّاهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ ﷺ ـ " فَاسِقًا " . وَاللَّهِ مَا هُوَ مِنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ .
